Lecturer of Maths

We are supporting an outstanding Sixth Form College in Wigan with their pool of Maths Teachers for daily and short-term cover needs.

The role:

• Delivering pre-prepared lessons to A-Level Maths students

• Ideal for teachers seeking part-time or flexible working

• Easily accessible from surrounding areas including St Helens, Chorley, and Warrington

• Potential to secure a long term role (paid to scale) across a number of local colleges

This is a great opportunity for qualified secondary or FE Maths Teachers looking to gain experience in a supportive post-16 setting, while maintaining flexibility around other commitments.

In addition to roles at this high-performing Sixth Form College, we also offer flexible teaching opportunities across secondary schools and other colleges throughout Wigan and the surrounding area. Longer-term and permanent positions do arise, and many of our staff go on to secure ongoing roles thanks to the supportive and welcoming environments we work with.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
