  • Healthcare

  • Youth work

Most importantly, you’ll be patient, compassionate, reliable and adaptable, with a genuine desire to help children and young people learn, grow and become more independent.

You don’t need to have all the answers — full support and training will be provided.

What’s on Offer?

  • £14.25 per hour

  • Full-time, term-time-only hours

  • Ongoing training and professional development

  • Supportive and experienced colleagues

  • Small classes and a strong staff-to-pupil focus

  • A friendly, collaborative school environment

  • The opportunity to gain valuable experience in specialist SEN education

  • A genuinely rewarding role where no two days are the same
