Learning Support Assistant (Primary Schools)
North Bristol | £92-£105 per day | Term Time Only | Full-Time (Monday-Friday)

We are recruiting Learning Support Assistants to work in primary schools across North Bristol.
This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone with experience working with children, whether through paid or voluntary roles. We welcome applicants from backgrounds such as:

The Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you'll work closely with pupils and teachers to support learning, build confidence, and create a positive classroom environment.
Responsibilities may include:
- Supporting children in class on a 1:1 or small-group basis
- Helping pupils stay engaged with learning
- Encouraging social and emotional development
- Assisting the class teacher with daily activities
- Building positive relationships with pupils and staff
What We're Looking For
- Experience working with children or young people (paid or voluntary)
- A positive, patient, and proactive attitude
- Strong communication skills
- A genuine interest in supporting children's development
- Ability to commit to a full-time, term-time role

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
