Location: Northampton (Set in a beautiful, picturesque campus)

Start Date: September 2026

Contract Type: Permanent & Temp-to-Perm Options

Hours: Monday to Friday, Term Time Only

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for "hands-on" people! If you have a background or a strong interest in any of the following, you would be a perfect fit:

  • Animal Care: Assisting students in outdoor learning or therapeutic animal settings.
  • Sport & Coaching: Leading activities and helping students stay active and engaged.
  • Cooking & Food Technology: Supporting students in the kitchen to learn about nutrition and meal prep.
  • Life Skills: Helping young people gain independence, from money management to social skills.
  • Practical Tech: Assisting as a Food Technician or in other vocational workshops.

The Role & Environment

Working within this very pretty, scenic college campus, you will:

  • Support young people with diverse learning needs in practical and academic settings.
  • Work Monday to Friday during term time, giving you a fantastic work-life balance.
  • Possibly assist with personal care (depending on the specific needs of the students).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
