Teaching personnel are looking for a Support Assistant to work in a fast paced and exciting Primary School based in Nelson, East Lancashire (BB9)
About the role:
- Full-time role in Nelson (BB9)
- Monday - Friday 8:30AM – 3:30PM
- £11.85 - £12.55 per hour
- Role starting in February 2024
- Have a cleared DBS or be willing to apply for one
Responsibilities:
- Working with children in the classroom and in the surrounding community
- Collaboratively working with other other staff to deliver nurturing and young-person centred care
- Supporting students in reaching their full potential
Your skills:
- Experience working with SEN needs is preferred but not essential
- Passion for helping SEN youth
- A committed can-do attitude
- Previous experience in youth work, sports coaching or intervention work will be highly considered

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
