Job Title: Learning Support Assistant (KS2/KS3)

Pay Rate: £385-425 per week.

Start Date: ASAP/September (Once vetting completed.)

As an experienced Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers and enhancing the learning experiences of our students. Your expertise, dedication, and compassion will contribute to creating a positive and inclusive educational environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons, providing support and guidance to students.
  • Collaborate with the teaching team to develop and implement individualized learning strategies for students with additional needs.
  • Foster positive relationships with students, offering emotional support and promoting their well-being.
  • Assist with classroom management, ensuring a safe and conducive learning environment.
  • Collaborate with parents and guardians to establish effective communication channels and promote home-school partnerships.

We are seeking candidates who possess:

  • Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant in an educational setting.
  • A genuine passion for supporting students' learning and development.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Relevant qualifications or training in education or a related field (e.g., CACHE Level 2 or 3).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
