Learning support assistant role available for after Easter!
(Tameside Secondary school)
Overview:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing one-on-one support to students with diverse learning needs and the ability to collaborate with teachers and other support staff to address students' academic and social needs.
Ideal candidate:
Ideally the candidate in hand will have similar experience working within a school setting, however if you’re someone looking to kickstart your career in education, Teaching Personnel are more than happy to assistant people who have transferable skills from any of the following backgrounds –
- Health and social care setting.
- Childing minding or personnel care.
- Sports coaching.
- Military background.
The Successful applicant:
The candidate who is successful in registration process will have the opportunity to quickly develop their career through a range of professional development that may include training sessions, workshops, or courses that enhance the skills and knowledge of LSAs.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
