Learning Support Assistant opportunity
Teaching Personnel are working closely with a supportive and inclusive school in Southampton to recruit a dedicated Learning Support Assistant.
This rewarding role will involve providing tailored 1:1 support to a small number of pupils throughout the school day, helping them to access learning, build confidence, and achieve their individual targets. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting a positive and structured environment, adapting support strategies to meet each child’s unique needs.
We are looking for someone who is patient, resilient, and committed to making a meaningful difference. Experience supporting children with additional needs is highly desirable, along with the ability to build strong, trusting relationships and work collaboratively with teaching staff and SEN professionals.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
