 Learning Support Advisor – SEN Primary Schools (New Forest) 
Location: New Forest and surrounding areas
Pay Rate: £13.75 per hour
Contract: Through Teaching Personnel
Start Date: ASAP / Ongoing

Teaching Personnel are seeking dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Advisors to support pupils within SEN Primary Schools across the New Forest. This is a rewarding role for anyone passionate about helping children with additional needs thrive in their learning.

Role Overview

As a Learning Support Advisor, you will:

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with Special Educational Needs

• Help create a positive, inclusive and engaging classroom environment

• Support children with social, emotional, behavioural or learning challenges

• Work closely with class teachers, SENCOs and other professionals

• Assist with implementing EHCPs and personalised learning strategies

• Promote independence, confidence and progress

We’re Looking For

• Experience supporting children or young people (school or non-school settings welcome)

• A patient, caring and adaptable approach

• Genuine passion for working with pupils with diverse needs

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Reliability and a positive, proactive attitude

• Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
