Learning Support Advisor – SEN Primary Schools (New Forest)
Location: New Forest and surrounding areas
Pay Rate: £13.75 per hour
Contract: Through Teaching Personnel
Start Date: ASAP / Ongoing
Teaching Personnel are seeking dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Advisors to support pupils within SEN Primary Schools across the New Forest. This is a rewarding role for anyone passionate about helping children with additional needs thrive in their learning.
Role Overview
As a Learning Support Advisor, you will:

Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with Special Educational Needs
-
Help create a positive, inclusive and engaging classroom environment
-
Support children with social, emotional, behavioural or learning challenges
-
Work closely with class teachers, SENCOs and other professionals
-
Assist with implementing EHCPs and personalised learning strategies
-
Promote independence, confidence and progress
We’re Looking For

Experience supporting children or young people (school or non-school settings welcome)

A patient, caring and adaptable approach
-
Genuine passion for working with pupils with diverse needs
-
Strong communication and teamwork skills
-
Reliability and a positive, proactive attitude
-
Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
