£92.63 a day
Temporary role for one year initially | Monday to Friday

Are you passionate about helping children thrive in a nurturing and supportive environment? Do you have a calm, patient approach and a desire to make a genuine difference in a child's learning journey?

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to provide 1:1 and classroom support within KS2. You must have a background of experience working with SEN children to be considered for this role due to the high needs of the children.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience working with children, ideally in a KS2 setting
• A positive, proactive, and flexible attitude
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine passion for supporting young learners
• SEN experience
• Relevant qualifications or training in education or SEND support (desirable)

What You'll Do:

• Support children 1:1 and in a classroom setting
• Assist lunch time supervision and support all children through their playtime
• Foster a safe, positive and inclusive environment
• Help children develop confidence, independence, and social skills
• Collaborate closely with the school’s SENDCO
