Are you passionate about supporting primary children with additional needs? We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a number of welcoming primary schools in Basingstoke for a temporary and permanent positions.

The Role:

• Provide 1-1 tailored support to KS1 and KS2 pupils who require additional support
• Work closely with class teachers to create an inclusive, engaging learning environment.
• Encourage and inspire children to achieve their full potential both academically and socially.
• Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils, staff, and parents.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience supporting primary children is essential.
• SEND experience is desired
• A caring, patient and proactive approach.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability and commitment to making a positive difference.

A full vetting process will be required before you can start including obtaining references covering the last 24 months, enhanced DBS check and interview.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
