Pay: £14.25 per hour

About the Role
Teaching Personnel is seeking dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistants to work within Secondary Special Educational Needs (SEN) schools across the Andover area. This is a rewarding opportunity to support students with a range of additional needs, helping them to access education and reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with SEN

• Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored learning activities

• Support students with social, emotional, and behavioural needs

• Help create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

• Monitor and report on student progress and wellbeing

Requirements

• A passion for supporting young people with additional needs

• Previous experience in education or care settings (desirable but not essential)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A patient, resilient, and proactive approach

Compliance Requirements

• Applicants must have a Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service, or be willing to obtain one
