Learning Support Assistant
Location: Abbots Langley Langley, Berkshire
Salary: Competitive (dependent on experience) + Local Government Pension Scheme
Contract Type: Full Time, Term Time Only (Permanent)
Start Date: September 2025

Our client, a friendly and inclusive primary school based in Langley, is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join their committed team. The school prides itself on creating a warm, respectful, and encouraging learning environment that enables all pupils to thrive – both academically and personally.

About the Role:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and SENCOs to support pupils with additional learning needs, both in the classroom and through targeted interventions. This rewarding role involves helping children develop confidence, overcome barriers to learning, and build the skills they need to succeed.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
