Full-Time Learning Support Assistant – SEN (Primary Schools)

Role: Learning Support Assistant
Hours: Monday – Friday, Full-Time

Do you have a passion for supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)? Teaching Personnel is recruiting dedicated Learning Support Assistants to work in primary schools across Hackney, helping pupils reach their full potential.

Pay: £90–£120 per day depending on your experience, paid weekly. PAYE -No hidden Umbrella Fee's.

Your responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with SEN
Assist teachers in implementing tailored learning plans.
Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment.

Ideal candidate:

Experience working with children with SEN (preferred but not essential).
Patience, empathy, and resilience.
Ability to commit to a full-time role.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
