Job description

TP Tutors is seeking experienced and committed KS4 Tutors to support pupils in the East Boldon (NE36) area who require tailored, one-to-one tuition outside of the classroom.

This role focuses on supporting learners working towards GCSE-level outcomes, particularly in core subjects such as Maths, English and Science. Many pupils benefit from tuition due to gaps in learning, anxiety around school, SEN, or the need for a more personalised approach to education.

Tuition is delivered face-to-face, either in the pupil’s home or a local community setting. Sessions are designed to rebuild confidence, reinforce subject knowledge, and support exam preparation at a pace suited to each learner.

This opportunity is ideal for qualified teachers, experienced tutors, or education professionals who want flexible work while continuing to make a meaningful impact.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
