Teaching Assistant – KS2 (SEN Support: ADHD)

Are you passionate about making a difference in a child’s education? Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming KS2 classroom in Thornton, providing 1:1 support for a child with SEN (ADHD).

Role Highlights:

Work closely with the class teacher to deliver tailored support.
Help the child stay engaged and focused throughout lessons.
Implement strategies to promote positive behaviour and learning.
Foster confidence and independence in a nurturing environment.

Requirements:

Experience supporting children with SEN, particularly ADHD (preferred).
Patience, empathy, and strong communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with staff and parents.
A valid DBS on the update service or willingness to apply.
