Job Title: Primary Teacher
Location: Wellingborough, Kettering, Corby
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Start Date: After the Easter holidays

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and adaptable Primary Teacher to join our partner schools in the Wellingborough, Kettering, and Corby areas. This is a full-time role, ideal for a passionate educator with experience teaching across KS1 and KS2. Whether you are seeking a long-term position or day-to-day supply work, this opportunity offers flexibility and the chance to work in friendly, supportive school environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons across KS1 and KS2
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners
  • Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback
  • Work closely with other teachers and school staff to maintain high educational standards
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively using positive behaviour strategies
  • Foster strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
  • Adapt teaching styles to meet the diverse needs of children

Requirements

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching in primary schools, with knowledge of both KS1 and KS2 curriculum
  • Ability to adapt and deliver engaging lessons to different year groups
  • Strong classroom management and behaviour management skills
  • Ability to travel to schools in Wellingborough, Kettering, and Corby
  • A passion for education and a commitment to student progress

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
