Job Title: Primary Teacher
Location: Wellingborough, Kettering, Corby
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Start Date: After the Easter holidays
Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and adaptable Primary Teacher to join our partner schools in the Wellingborough, Kettering, and Corby areas. This is a full-time role, ideal for a passionate educator with experience teaching across KS1 and KS2. Whether you are seeking a long-term position or day-to-day supply work, this opportunity offers flexibility and the chance to work in friendly, supportive school environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons across KS1 and KS2
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports all learners
- Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback
- Work closely with other teachers and school staff to maintain high educational standards
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively using positive behaviour strategies
- Foster strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
- Adapt teaching styles to meet the diverse needs of children
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching in primary schools, with knowledge of both KS1 and KS2 curriculum
- Ability to adapt and deliver engaging lessons to different year groups
- Strong classroom management and behaviour management skills
- Ability to travel to schools in Wellingborough, Kettering, and Corby
- A passion for education and a commitment to student progress
