Job Title: KS2 Teacher
Full-Time Long Term Position) – Start After Easter
Location: North of Salisbury, Wiltshire
Pay: £168 – £230 per day (dependent on experience)
A welcoming and supportive primary school located north of Salisbury is seeking an experienced and confident Key Stage 2 Teacher to join their team after Easter. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated teacher who is passionate about delivering engaging lessons and maintaining a positive learning environment.
The Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Planning and delivering creative, meaningful and engaging KS2 lessons
- Supporting pupils’ academic and personal development
- Creating a classroom environment where children can thrive and achieve
- Maintaining strong behaviour management and clear classroom routines
- Assessing progress and adapting teaching to meet individual needs
- Working collaboratively with staff, parents and support teams
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Previous experience teaching KS2 (essential)
- Strong and consistent behaviour management skills
- The ability to plan, prepare and deliver high-quality lessons
- A positive and professional approach to teaching
- A commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
- The ability to provide reliable references
Requirements
All applicants must be able to complete full vetting and compliance checks through Teaching Personnel, including:
- Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to apply)
- Right to work in the UK
- Two professional references

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
