KS1 Teaching Assistant – Full Time
Location: Blackpool
Start Date: After October Half Term

Pay: £13.75 - £14.50 per hour 

We are a welcoming and forward-thinking school in Blackpool, looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic KS1 Teaching Assistant to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting young learners and making a real difference in their education.

As a valued member of our classroom team, you will:

• Support teaching staff in delivering engaging lessons for children in Key Stage 1

• Work closely with individuals and small groups to help them achieve their full potential

• Assist with classroom management and creating a positive learning environment

• Contribute to planning, preparation, and assessment activities

• Build strong, supportive relationships with children, parents, and staff

We are looking for someone who is:

• Patient, caring, and enthusiastic about working with young children

• Flexible, reliable, and ready to be part of a collaborative team

• Committed to fostering a love of learning and helping children thrive

Experience in a school setting is preferred but not essential – what matters most is your passion and commitment to helping children succeed.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
