Job Description
As a KS1 Teacher, your responsibilities will include:

Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate lessons in line with the national curriculum

Creating a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment where all pupils feel valued and encouraged

Differentiating learning to meet a range of abilities and individual needs

Assessing pupil progress using formative and summative methods and providing constructive feedback

Building strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues

Participating in school activities, events, and professional development opportunities
Qualifications
-
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

Experience teaching KS1 is desirable, though ECTs are encouraged to apply

Strong communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills

A genuine passion for early years and primary education
