KS1 Teacher – Inspire, Create, and Make a Difference
Full-time | Paid to Scale (M1–M6)
Start: January (following trial day & informal interview)

Teaching Personnel are excited to be working with a warm, welcoming, and successful primary school near Milborne Port, proudly rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted. Guided by the ethos “Learning Together for Life’s Adventures,” the school is seeking a dedicated KS1 Teacher who is passionate about nurturing young learners and helping them grow.


About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher who thrives in a creative, supportive environment. You’ll be working with pupils across KS1 and will take on the full range of teaching responsibilities, including:

  • Planning and delivering engaging, inspiring lessons
  • Marking and assessing pupil progress
  • Building positive relationships with families through parents’ evenings
  • Contributing to the wider life of the school

From day one, you’ll be welcomed by a collaborative staff team and a forward-thinking leadership group committed to helping you feel valued, supported, and confident in your role. The selection process includes a friendly trial day and an informal meeting with the Executive Head Teacher.


What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching in Key Stage 1
  • A positive, nurturing, and proactive teaching style
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills
  • A genuine commitment to the school’s values and ethos

Pay & Compliance

  • Paid in line with your teaching scale (M1–M6)
  • Full vetting and safeguarding carried out by Teaching Personnel

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
