Pay Rate: £120 - £232.56 per day (ECTs to Experienced Teachers)

Role Overview

Join an energetic and supportive team as a Key Stage 1 Teacher, delivering a creative and engaging curriculum to Reception, Year 1, or Year 2. You will contribute to strong educational outcomes and nurture individual development through inclusive teaching practices aligned with the school’s ethos: “Where children come first.”


Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver effective, differentiated lessons across Key Stage 1.
  • Monitor and track pupil progress; maintain clear records and communicate outcomes to parents.
  • Collaborate with staff to implement school-wide strategies and behaviour management systems.
  • Provide high-quality support for pupils with SEND, working alongside the SENCo and teaching assistants.
  • Foster strong relationships with families and the wider community.

Ideal Candidate

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience teaching Key Stage 1.
  • Excellent knowledge of the KS1 curriculum and assessment strategies.
  • Passionate about inclusivity, differentiating learning, and raising outcomes for all.
  • Strong interpersonal and classroom management skills.
  • Experience or interest in SEND would be advantageous.
