Key Responsibilities
- Identify pupils who require additional support in order to meet their academic goals.
- Plan and deliver targeted intervention strategies to address specific learning needs.
- Work closely with class teachers and parents to develop effective support plans.
- Track and evaluate pupil progress, adapting interventions where necessary.
- Provide regular updates and reports to keep staff and families informed.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Previous experience in intervention teaching or educational support roles.
- Strong understanding of intervention techniques and best practice.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping pupils succeed.
