Key Responsibilities

  • Identify pupils who require additional support in order to meet their academic goals.
  • Plan and deliver targeted intervention strategies to address specific learning needs.
  • Work closely with class teachers and parents to develop effective support plans.
  • Track and evaluate pupil progress, adapting interventions where necessary.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to keep staff and families informed.

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
  • Previous experience in intervention teaching or educational support roles.
  • Strong understanding of intervention techniques and best practice.
  • Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and external agencies.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping pupils succeed.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
