Full-Time KS1 Teacher – Bolton
Start: April 2026
Teaching Personnel are currently working with an inclusive and nurturing primary school in Bolton who are looking to appoint a committed and motivated Key Stage 1 Teacher to join their team on a full‑time basis from after the Easter break.
The Role
The successful candidate will:
- Take responsibility for a KS1 class on a full‑time basis
- Deliver engaging, creative and age‑appropriate lessons that support early learning and development
- Foster a safe, supportive and well‑structured classroom environment
- Track, assess and support pupil progress across core subjects
- Differentiate learning to meet a range of abilities and learning styles
- Work closely with colleagues, support staff and parents to ensure positive outcomes
- Play an active role in the wider school community
The Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a teacher who:
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Has recent experience teaching within Key Stage 1
- Demonstrates a strong understanding of early learning and phonics
- Has effective behaviour management and nurturing classroom practice
- Is enthusiastic, adaptable and child‑centred in their approach
- Can commit to full‑time work from after February half‑term
