KS1/KS2 Early Career Teacher | Lancaster & Morecambe

Are you an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to gain experience across different schools while completing your induction?
We have fantastic supply teaching opportunities for KS1 and KS2 teachers in welcoming primary schools across Lancaster, Morecambe, and surrounding areas.

About the Role

  • Flexible day-to-day, short-term, and long-term supply work
  • Opportunities to teach across KS1 and KS2 in a variety of school settings
  • Full support from Teaching Personnel and school SLTs to help you thrive
  • Ideal for ECTs who want to build confidence, experience, and complete their induction year

Ideal Candidate

  • Holds QTS and is an ECT
  • Passionate about teaching and supporting pupil progress
  • Adaptable and proactive in different classroom environments
  • Committed to creating inclusive lessons for all learners
  • Strong classroom management skills and enthusiasm for learning
  • Experience with SEN (sensory/physical needs) is desirable

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
