Key Stage 2 - Year 5 or Year 6 Teaching Assistant.

Working closely with Key Stage 2 Teaching Team delivering Maths and English support.

May Start - 1 year contract

Teaching Personnel are working closely with a good Primary School in Kersal area of Salford, M7, to look for a Year 5 or Year 6 Teaching Assistant join their key stage 2 department from May.  Due to a maternity cover, the position of Year 5 or Year 6 teaching assistant will be starting in may for a year.

-              Year 5 or Year 6 Teaching Assistant

-              “Good” Salford Primary School – Kersal, M7

-              Fixed, Long Term Contract

-              Supporting Maths and English within the classroom

This flagship school within the Kersal area of Salford offer great facilities and a support network within their Key Stage 2 department. With a focus on creative, cross-curricular approach to teaching, the school’s facilities are second to none to allow for a high standard of teaching and learning to go along with their proud awards for pupil premium expenditure.

As a Year 5 or Year 6 teaching assistant, experience of supporting Maths and English is key and the confidence to build in nurture and social aspects of learning to your teaching would be beneficial. In addition, a passion for working with mixed ability and high levels of SEN children would serve you well. In return, the school would offer all the support and CPD possible.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
