Salary: MPS/UPS (Dependent on Experience)

KS2 Class Teacher Required – Reading
Teaching Personnel is delighted to be working in partnership with a welcoming and ambitious primary school in Reading that is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Key Stage 2 Class Teacher to join their team.

The Role
The successful candidate will:
- Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons across the KS2 curriculum.
- Create a stimulating classroom environment that promotes learning and achievement.
- Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress effectively.
- Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils.
- Foster positive behaviour and strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
- Contribute to the wider life of the school through extracurricular activities and school initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with year group partners and the wider teaching team to ensure excellent outcomes for all learners.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience teaching within Key Stage 2 or successful teaching placements within KS2.
- Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum.
- High expectations for pupil attainment and behaviour.
- Excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
- A commitment to inclusive education and pupil wellbeing.
- The ability to inspire, motivate, and engage young learners.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
