Teaching Personnel are currently working in partnership with welcoming and supportive schools across Reading who are seeking passionate and dedicated Primary Teachers and SEN Teachers to join their teams from September 2026.
These opportunities are open to both Early Career Teachers (ECTs) and experienced teachers looking for their next exciting role within a thriving school environment.
The Roles
- Full-time and part-time opportunities available

- Positions across Reading primary and SEN schools
- Planning and delivering engaging lessons tailored to pupils’ individual needs
- Supporting children’s academic, social, and emotional development
- Creating a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
- Working collaboratively with staff, parents, and leadership teams
SEN Opportunities Include
- SEN Teacher roles within specialist settings and mainstream schools
- Supporting pupils with Autism (ASC), ADHD, SEMH, and additional learning needs
- Small group and personalised learning support
- Opportunities across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
The Ideal Candidate
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Passionate about supporting children’s learning and development
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Enthusiastic, adaptable, and committed to high standards
- Experience with SEN is desirable but not essential
- Open to ECTs and experienced teachers alike

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
