Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting a passionate and dedicated Qualified Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive school in Reading from September 2026.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated teacher looking to work within a positive school environment that values high-quality teaching and pupil development. ECTs are warmly encouraged to apply and will benefit from excellent support and mentorship throughout their induction period.
About the Role:
- Deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the national curriculum
- Support pupils in achieving their full academic potential
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
- Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- A positive and enthusiastic approach to teaching
- Commitment to supporting pupil progress and wellbeing
- Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to obtain one
- ECTs welcome to apply

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
