We are currently seeking an Interventions Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in the CF5 area. If you’re passionate about helping children reach their full potential, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

The Role

You will be responsible for delivering small group and 1:1 intervention sessions, supporting pupils across areas such as:

• Maths
• Reading
• Spelling
• Phonics
• Literacy interventions (including Link Learning and more)

You’ll receive ongoing support and training while in the role, allowing you to grow your skills and confidence ⭐

Alongside intervention work, you will also support as a general Teaching Assistant, including:

• Classroom support
• Playground and lunchtime cover
• Outdoor learning activities
• Supporting whole-class activities

Requirements

• DBS on the Update Service (support available)
• EWC registration (support available)
• Previous experience delivering interventions is essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
