Salary: £89.38 - £100

We are currently seeking a caring, motivated, and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team. This is a rewarding opportunity to support pupils’ learning journeys and contribute to a positive, inclusive school environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Working closely with class teachers to enhance the learning experience for all pupils or even work on a 1:1 basis with a student.
- Providing targeted support to individual children or small groups, including those with additional learning needs, can vary depending on disability.
- Encouraging independence, confidence, and resilience in learners.
- Helping to prepare engaging resources and maintain a vibrant classroom atmosphere, and follow the curriculum.
- Supporting behaviour management and contributing to a calm and respectful learning environment.

- A warm, patient, and positive individual who genuinely enjoys working with children.
- Experience in a school or childcare setting (preferred).
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- You have a passion for making a difference and like to help others to improve their understanding and improve development.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
