Contract: Full-Time (8.30am-3.30pm) Mon- Fri
Pay: From £13.75 per hour / £89.38 per day

About the Role – Education Support Worker
As an Education Support Worker, you will play a central role in supporting pupils’ learning, confidence, and emotional wellbeing. You’ll work closely with teachers and the wider school team to ensure every child receives the tailored support they need.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing individual and group support to help pupils meet learning goals
- Assisting teachers with engaging, inclusive lesson delivery
- Encouraging positive behaviour, independence, and self-esteem
- Preparing classroom resources and maintaining an organised learning environment
- Supporting pupils across a variety of subjects and learning needs
