Contract: Full-time / Part-time (flexible)

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a friendly and supportive school in Beaconsfield. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident practitioner who is passionate about supporting pupil progress and working closely with teaching staff.

The Role

• Deliver planned lessons and interventions in the absence of the class teacher

• Support learning across the curriculum, working with individuals, small groups, and whole classes

• Assist with planning, preparation, and assessment of learning activities

• Promote a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment

• Support pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development

• Uphold safeguarding procedures and school policies at all times

The Ideal Candidate

• Holds a recognised HLTA qualification or equivalent experience

• Has previous experience working in a UK primary or secondary school

• Demonstrates strong behaviour management skills

• Is proactive, flexible, and committed to supporting pupil achievement

• Has excellent communication and teamwork skills
