Location: Wisbech, Cambridgeshire
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Temp-Perm, Full-time, Term Time + 5 Training Days
Salary: £24,482.60 actual (£28,500 FTE)

We’re looking for an exceptional Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a welcoming and inclusive secondary setting in Wisbech. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in our Inclusion and SEN teams, focusing on phonics and tailored support for students.

As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Deliver high-quality support to students across a range of subjects.
- Play a key role in phonics programmes and interventions.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and staff to ensure every child reaches their potential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
