History & Politics Teaching Opportunity - Newbury

  • Opportunity to secure a 'temp to perm' role within a successful History team
  • FQT's and NQT's welcome to apply

Modern secondary school in Newbury have a long term post for a History and Politics teacher starting in September on a full time supply basis, with a view to transferring onto the school's contract.



The successful History teacher applying will be working in a Humanities team with a strong track record of results and progress, a faculty leader with a wealth of experience and facilities which are modern and well kept. As a History & Politics teacher, you will be required to deliver the national curriculum in a creative and exciting way for pupils who are motivated to learn and develop their subject understanding. Situated in Newbury, this is a successful and good school with well over 1000 pupils on roll.

- History & Politics teacher (NQT or experienced teachers considered)

- Full time on going supply position within this solid Humanities team

- Rate of pay to match your experience

- Large and well facilitated school in Newbury

- Long term post until the end of AY (potential to continue 17/18)

Required straight away for an immediate start, this is an excellent opportunity for a History & Politics teacher to work in a solid Humanities department in this Newbury school. If you are available full time and can commit to a long term supply position until the summer. The successful History teacher applying will be fully supported by the department and leadership team, interviews are being arranged at short notice so apply straight away if you would like to be considered.
