History Teacher – Weymouth
Full-Time – Starting Jan 2026

An innovative and established secondary school in Weymouth are looking for a passionate History Teacher to join their team. This role is Full-Time and will be starting from January 2026.

The successful candidate will design and deliver challenging History lessons across Key Stages 3 & 4. You will help students build confidence and enjoyment in the subject.

The ideal candidate will:
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
• Experience teaching History at secondary level
• Excellent subject knowledge and a passion for the subject
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• A commitment to delivering high-quality, inclusive learning experiences

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
