The provision is committed to delivering highly personalised and therapeutic education that prepares young people for adulthood and future opportunities.

Staff work creatively and collaboratively to remove barriers to learning while celebrating every achievement, however small. Building trusting relationships and promoting emotional wellbeing are central to the school’s ethos.

  • Extensive SEND and therapeutic training opportunities
  • Ongoing professional development and career progression
  • Supportive and approachable leadership teams
  • Employee wellbeing initiatives and assistance programmes
  • Collaborative working with experienced professionals
  • A positive and welcoming workplace culture
