Graduate Teaching Assistant – Warrington Secondary Schools
Progression Opportunity: Fully Trained Cover Supervisor (Higher Pay Rate)
Start Date: September 2025

What the Role Involves:

Supporting pupils and teachers across a range of secondary subjects

Delivering targeted support to small groups or individuals

Assisting with behaviour management and lesson preparation

Getting involved in school life and pastoral support

Working towards leading full classes as a Cover Supervisor (training provided)
About You:

A recent graduate (any subject welcome – core subjects are especially desirable)

Confident, motivated, and passionate about working with young people

Able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff

Reliable, professional, and willing to take initiative

Interested in gaining paid classroom experience before teacher training
