As a Graduate Teaching Assistant in a primary school, you will:
- Support teachers with everyday classroom activities.
- Work with pupils 1:1 and in small groups to reinforce learning.
- Assist with key primary subjects including phonics, reading, writing, and numeracy.
- Help deliver targeted interventions to close learning gaps.
- Encourage positive behaviour, participation, and confidence.
- Contribute to a warm, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
