✅ About the Role

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant in a primary school, you will:

• Support teachers with everyday classroom activities.
• Work with pupils 1:1 and in small groups to reinforce learning.
• Assist with key primary subjects including phonics, reading, writing, and numeracy.
• Help deliver targeted interventions to close learning gaps.
• Encourage positive behaviour, participation, and confidence.
• Contribute to a warm, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
