Graduate Learning Support Assistant
Up to £100 per day
Full Time | Monday to Friday | 8:30am – 3:30pm
Start Date: September 2026

We are recruiting for a Graduate Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Milton Keynes from September 2026. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills while making a genuine difference to the lives of young people.
Previous experience working with children or young people is highly desirable, whether gained through schools, tutoring, coaching, youth work, mentoring or similar settings.
About the Role
As a Graduate Learning Support Assistant, you will:
- Provide one-to-one and small group support for students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
- Support teachers in delivering high-quality, inclusive lessons and targeted interventions.
- Help students overcome barriers to learning, encouraging confidence, independence and academic progress.
- Contribute to the social, emotional and personal development of students.
- Build positive relationships with students, staff and parents to support successful outcomes.
- Receive ongoing training, mentoring and professional development throughout your placement.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- A degree in any subject.
- Experience working with children or young people (preferred).
- A genuine passion for supporting young people and helping them achieve their potential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, patient and adaptable approach.
- An interest in pursuing a career in education or a related field.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
