As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you'll develop:

Your Role

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you'll play a vital role in helping students succeed both academically and personally.

• Provide behaviour and emotional support to students who need additional guidance.
• Help students build confidence, resilience and positive learning habits.
• Work closely with teachers to remove barriers to learning.
• Support students with SEND, SEMH and additional learning needs.
• Contribute to a positive, supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Promote student wellbeing and encourage positive relationships throughout the school.
