Salary: £90–£100 per day (DOE)

Teaching Personnel is seeking motivated and enthusiastic University Graduates to join our partner schools across County Durham. If you’re excited by the idea of supporting pupils, inspiring learning, and gaining hands-on classroom experience, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Creating a positive, inspiring and supportive learning environment

• Working closely with students, providing both group and 1:1 support

• Collaborating with teachers to deliver engaging lessons and interventions

• Using your subject strengths to boost pupil confidence and progress

• Developing professional classroom skills that will support your future teaching career

Who We’re Looking For

• A degree in any subject (Education preferred but not essential)

• Experience working with young people or in a classroom (desirable)

• A valid DBS (or willingness to obtain one)

• Strong communication, teamwork and organisation skills

• A genuine passion for education and helping pupils succeed
