Your Pathway to Becoming a Teacher
Teaching Personnel offers a structured route from graduate to fully qualified teacher.
Step 1: Cover Supervisor Placement

Duration: 8–10 weeks
-
Pay: Over £13 per hour (via Teaching Personnel)

Role: Deliver pre-set work, manage classroom behaviour, and gain essential experience before moving into a teaching-focused position.
Step 2: Progress to an Unqualified Teacher Role
-
Transition: Following a successful assessment period
-
Responsibilities: Plan and deliver lessons, support student learning, and develop your teaching practice under expert guidance.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
