What You’ll Be Doing
As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll help pupils access learning and feel supported, safe and confident. Your day may involve:
- Supporting classroom activities alongside teachers
- Providing 1:1 or small‑group SEN support (ASC, ADHD, communication & sensory needs)
- Helping with emotional regulation and routines
- Using creative approaches to make learning engaging
- Working with SENCOs, therapists and specialist teams

- Degrees in Psychology, Education, Childhood Studies, Sociology, Sport, Health & Social Care, Criminology—or anyone with a passion for helping others
- A positive, patient and proactive attitude
- Confidence supporting behaviour, communication or sensory needs
- Availability Monday–Friday, 8:30–15:30
- Willingness to obtain an Enhanced DBS

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
