What You’ll Be Doing

As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll:

  • Support teachers with classroom activities
  • Work 1:1 or in small groups with pupils with SEN (ASC, ADHD, communication & sensory needs)
  • Help with emotional regulation, confidence building and daily routines
  • Use creative approaches to make learning engaging and accessible
  • Collaborate with SENCOs, therapists and specialist teams

This role helps you grow confidence, resilience and real‑world experience from day one.

  • Sociology, Social Sciences, Criminology
  • Sport, Health & Social Care, Youth Work

  • Confident supporting behaviour and communication needs
  • Reliable and proactive
  • Available Mon–Fri, 8:30–15:30
  • Able to apply for an Enhanced DBS

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
