What You’ll Be Doing
As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll:
- Support teachers with classroom activities
- Work 1:1 or in small groups with pupils with SEN (ASC, ADHD, communication & sensory needs)
- Help with emotional regulation, confidence building and daily routines
- Use creative approaches to make learning engaging and accessible
- Collaborate with SENCOs, therapists and specialist teams
This role helps you grow confidence, resilience and real‑world experience from day one.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
