What You’ll Be Doing
Become a vital part of specialist SEND/SEMH schools across East Manchester, supporting students with a range of needs, including:
- Autism, sensory needs & communication challenges
- PMLD and complex medical needs
- SEMH and behavioural support
- Mental health and wellbeing
You’ll have access to:

✔️ We’re Looking For People Who Have:
- Experience supporting young people in UK schools or care settings
- Full-time availability (Mon–Fri, 08:30–15:30)
- Confidence supporting challenging behaviour
- Experience with SEN (autism, communication needs, complex profiles)
- A proactive, positive attitude and genuine passion for helping young people
- An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
