Graduate Science Teacher – Derbyshire
Daily Pay: £162+
Start Date: September 2025 / Immediate Starts Available

Are you a recent Science graduate with a passion for education and inspiring the next generation of scientists? Whether you're exploring teaching as a career or planning to start a PGCE or teacher training programme, this is the perfect opportunity to gain valuable experience in a secondary school setting.

Teaching Personnel is partnering with secondary schools across Derbyshire who are keen to welcome enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Science Teachers to support their Science departments.

What We Offer:
Competitive pay: £162+ per day, paid weekly
Full-time and part-time roles available
Opportunities to teach and support KS3 and KS4 Science classes
Ideal preparation for teacher training and PGCE applications

You Will Need:
✅ A degree in a Science subject (Biology, Chemistry, Physics or related)
✅ A genuine interest in education and developing young minds
✅ Strong communication skills and a proactive, professional attitude
✅ An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
