Graduate Cover Supervisors & Supply Teachers – All Subjects Welcome
Location: Northampton, Wellingborough, Kettering, Corby and surrounding areas
Job Type: Full-time and Part-time opportunities available
Start Date: Immediate / September starts available
Salary: £100 - £130pd

Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting graduates from all subject backgrounds to work across secondary schools in Northamptonshire as Cover Supervisors and Supply Teachers.
You do not need previous teaching experience to apply. If you hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, have strong communication skills and are confident working with young people, we would love to hear from you.

What will you be doing?
As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising classes during the absence of their usual teacher. You will deliver pre-prepared work, maintain a positive learning environment and support students to remain focused and engaged with their studies.
For graduates who already hold the relevant teaching qualifications, there may also be opportunities to work as a Supply Teacher across local secondary schools.
We are looking for graduates who:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Have an interest in working within education
- Are confident communicating with secondary-aged students
- Can manage classroom behaviour effectively and professionally
- Are reliable, organised and adaptable
- Have a positive attitude and are keen to make a difference
All degree subjects are welcome. Whether you have recently graduated or have been working in another sector and are now considering education, this could be an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the classroom.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
