We are seeking Graduate Cover Supervisors for secondary schools across Rochdale for a September 2026 start.

This role offers graduates the opportunity to gain practical classroom experience while earning a salary, making it an excellent entry route into secondary teaching or wider education roles.

Graduate Cover Supervisors play a vital role in maintaining learning continuity during teacher absence.


Role Responsibilities

  • Supervise secondary classes across KS3 and KS4
  • Deliver pre‑set lessons and activities
  • Maintain classroom behaviour and engagement
  • Follow school safeguarding and behaviour policies
  • Support pupils with their learning where appropriate
  • Gain daily experience in secondary education settings
