Graduate Cover Supervisors – Birmingham (Starting January 2026)

About the role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for supervising classes during teacher absences, ensuring students remain engaged and on task. This is an excellent stepping stone for graduates considering a future in teaching.

Ideal candidates will:

  • Hold a degree in any subject
  • Have strong communication and classroom management skills
  • Be enthusiastic, adaptable, and passionate about education
